SING Movie Night Party Ideas (DIY Microphone Craft, snacks)

We received the movie and a party kit in order to do this post. All opinions are my own.

Last weekend we had a super fun SING movie night party. Not only did we watch the movie (and sing along with all of the songs) but we also had delicious party snacks (like “Piggy Power” pigs in a blanket and Banana Milkshakes). We also made a DIY Microphone craft that all of the kids loved. We made our own microphones so the kids could have a sing off. These are really easy to make and I am going to share them with you today.

This DIY Microphone Craft was super easy and a lot of fun. Just take a toilet paper roll and fold it on a slight angle (like you see in the picture below). Next, you will ball up some newspaper and wrap it in a piece of tinfoil. To add some extra “Piggy Power” to the microphone, we took some tulle and wrapped it over/around the tinfoil. When you have the toilet paper roll ready and the tinfoil ball ready, you can tape them together. Once you get the ball secured to the base, you can wrap the whole toilet paper roll in Duck Tape, making the handle. It took about 5 minutes (or less) from start to finish and my kids love them. They use them to sing along to SING as they are dancing around the living room.
